Quotations

Firstly, give us a Call, Watsapp, Text or Email with a complete list of your items that need building. Please include your address and preferred date of build. Notify us of anything that might affect build time including limited build space, delayed deliveries or boxes not on the same floor as installation. You can send us a detailed list of items, a copy of your receipt or pictures/links from the website you purchased your goods from. Remember each piece of Flatpack Furniture is different, often a 2 door wardrobe from one manufacturer will be completely different from another manufacturer.

Booking

Our friendly contact staff will give you a choice of dates and times to build. Confirm your choice as soon as possible, please bear in mind we operate a first come first served and bookings are only made once full details are received including full name, address and contact number. Our fitters are usually scheduled with a 1-2 hour booking time, and they will come fully prepared having been briefed on the build required.

"The Build"

Our staff will arrive on the chosen day within booking slot times. They generally call ahead of time to keep you updated with timings. On arrival, they will ensure the items are as described in the booking, ensure build space is clear and all parts are delivered correctly. Builds will be completed in a methodical and safe manner, to a showroom finish.

Warranty

On completion of the build our staff will verify your warranty period. All of our builds come with a 5 year guarantee on labour and this is current from the date of build. This covers our labour and ensures any complications arising from how we built the wardrobe are resolved. Please note that this does not provide a parts warranty and any defective or damaged parts should be covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
